Our company was founded in 2005. Triumph Dining began as a pure passion project, with the development of our popular gluten free dining cards to improve our own gluten free restaurant experiences. We spent the first half of 2005 conducting extensive research on ethnic foods, meeting with dozens of translators, and testing our dining cards all over Philadelphia (easily the best part of all that hard work!).
Three years later, Triumph has grown into a full-fledged publishing company, thanks to the continued support of our wonderful customers and friends. In 2006, we added The Essential Gluten-Free Restaurant Guide (updated annually) to help you find gluten free restaurants. And, in 2007, we added The Essential Gluten-Free Grocery Guide (also updated annually) to help you find gluten free food. Since our modest beginnings in mid-2005, we've sold over 40,000 copies of our products. We're very proud of the relationships we've built with the gluten free community and the rave reviews our customers give us.
